Trendsetting Industrial Controls: SE-604, SE-606, SE-607 and SE-609

The controllers differ according to size of high-contrast TFT color display (6,5 - 15 inch). For fast signal processing works a 600MHz fast Pentium based 32bit processor. A user friendly operation is achieved over the clearly arranged control dialogue and 34 operating keys / touch keys. The operating system VxWorks provides a extremely high working reliability. In the control works a IEC61131 PLC (CoDeSys), which achieves the performance of a middle hardware PLC. The well-known advantages of CoDeSys, like fast setting, practical and user friendly handling and high performance, can be used. All data are stored on a Compact Flash Card (CF). Field bus communication is made over STANGE remote CAN peripherals, optionally Profibus. The connection to a process control system is made over TCP/IP interface (100Mbit). The integrated Web Server makes the operation over remote control via Internet Browser possible.
The requirements of modern furnace engineering have influenced the development of software applications considerably. Up to 30 control zones are processed by the control. The alarm processing stores up to 200 messages and represents these in the alarm history (alarms can be sent away over SMS/E-Mail). The integrated recipe management permits the creation of maximally 250 recipes (programs). The programmer processes up to 30 set values and 64 control tracks.
8 login level increase the working reliability. The user rights of access are defined for configuration and operation. A operating set value curve is available for process visualization. This permits the representation of 2 set and 3 actual values (configurable) with time bars and zoom function for the expired curve part.
The simple and safe operation of processes as well as integration of all process and automation technical requirements (nitriding potential control, online diffusion, recorder function) for modern heat treatment procedures are realized in the control with an excellent cost/performance ratio.
