Very large plasma nitriding furnace with control system from Stange Elektronik

One of the world largest plasma nitriding furnaces for loads up to 40t was recently realized by our OEM costumer, PlaTeG GmbH from Siegen (Germany). The furnace will be shipped to a customer who works for automotive applications in South Korea.

The control is realized with a SE-600 Black-Box plc and the Stange CAN-IO system.
As HMI is in use the SE-510-IPC solution with the supervision software ECS-2000 for visualization and recording of batches.
