Batch logging with recorder function and ECS-2000-AW PC evaluation software to import the stored batch data

- Batch logging with recorder function for up to 32 channels (digital or analog).
- A batch head with 20 configurable data fields is stored to each batch.
- The alarms appeared in this period are stored to each batch.
- The storage of the batches takes place on a 256MB Compact Flash.
- In a batch management the batches can be removed (floppy disk) and analyzed.
- The analysis includes zoom functions and ruler to read off.
- The scope of delivery includes the ECS-2000-AW PC evaluation software to import the stored batch
  data via Ethernet and floppy disk for the extensive data analysis.

Nitriding Potential Control

Software module for the display and control of the nitriding potential
(classical nitriding, nitrocarburization, oxy-nitriding, X-nitriding, pre-oxidize, post-oxidize, low temperature oxy-nitriding)
 
Online diffusion with hardness curve

Mathematical module for the determination of the hardness process, in particular the EHT from the depth process of the carbon distribution in the workpiece in knowledge of material and process specific characteristics.
 
Nitriding Case Depth OffLine (NCD)

The NCD calculation enables the calculation of treatment duration as well as a trend chart of the compound layer (white layer) thickness and case hardening after nitriding. After selection of the steel grade and input of set values for temperature and depth, the NCD is calculated and graphically represented as function of the nitriding duration with an operating point.
